Im Schaltplan ist mir etwas aufgefallen.
Der Ausgang von U4 (74LS07) an Pin6 SIO_DATAIN ist ein Open Collector und benötigt noch ein Pullup Widerstand mit 4,7k an +5V. Je nach Leitungslänge und bei Pokey Divisor 0 wird das Signal verformt, da die Busterminierung nicht erfolgt. Der Abschlusswiderstand sorgt für ein Rechtecksignal.

habe mir eine neuere Firmware (Jan. 2021) auf das FUJINET-Modul geladen.
Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, das ich auch weiterhin keine Disketten mit QD (360 kByte) booten kann. Das betrifft TurboDos, BIBO-DOS und auch Sparta-DOS, ist es geplant in zukünftiger Firmware diese Möglichkeit mit einzubauen ?

I noticed that I still can not boot floppy disks with QD (360 kByte). This concerns TurboDos, BIBO-DOS and also Sparta-DOS, is it planned to include this possibility in future firmware ?

That's not the problem you're having. The issue you're having has to do with high-speed. When using these other DOS, you MUST go into the web admin (by default at http://fujinet/) and turn down the HSIO divisor to something like 9.

I use an Ultimate 1MB which loads its own HSIO routines, which do not have these issues.

I did just realize that I've checked in changes a week ago, that change the timeout value of the status bit, as some German DOS were using this as a way to detect an XF-551 drive (which reports a timeout of 0xFE) . I have changed this to 0xE0.

Die Umstellung hat bei Sparta-Dos geklappt, leider nicht mit Turbo-Dos und BIBO-DOS .
