Recently I bought a Atari XF551 and I am looking for a service manual of the XF551 diskdrive but I cannot find this easily on internet. For the 1050 there's a service manual available and I can find this on several places on Internet. Does someone know if a service/field manual for the XF551 is available for download, maybe at Abbuc?

I never found a Field Service Manual or Technical Manual for the XF551. Atarimania also has none. Maybe it doesn´t exist really.

As there was no need to adjust something in the XF (the drive itself was a purchased part) and (dis)assembling is very simple, I don´t think that there was a service manual similar to the 1050 one ever. If something is brocken in the FDD it had to be replaced, for the IDE<>SIO-pcb there was a shematic...
